  • We find a buyer who will pay a 2 - 5% non-refundable down payment and enough rent to cover your mortgage.
  • We negotiate for the buyer to take care of many of the repairs while they are renting.  And we encourage you to purchase a home warranty policy to cover any large unexpected repairs that may arise.
  • Our mortgage and credit-repair partners work with the tenant / buyer closely while they are renting to get them ready to purchase in a year.
